Lindsay, the chef/owner of the Elder Press Cafe, met Ursula over 20 years ago at Notting Hill’s famous @booksforcookslondon where they worked together as chefs.
I was so incredibly lucky to work with Ursula. She was the most wonderful and inspiring mentor, colleague and friend. She threw me in the deep end many times with full confidence and belief and I’m forever grateful to her for that and for every opportunity I got to work with her!!!
