A taste of Italy
Celebrate new-season extra virgin olive oils with Ursula, an Italian cookery writer, teacher and much-loved authority on regional Italian food. She will guide us through a tutored tasting of three exceptional oils from single-estate family farms in Liguria, Tuscany and Sicily, with Sicilia Fredda.
Then settle in for a menu built around these beautiful oils.
